The good news is that Wright PC has many years experience in removing infections and cleaning up the mess left behind. We have the experience, corporate level utilities, and the media needed to remove all infections. Wright PC makes every effort to retain all your valuable data including, but no limited to, documents, pictures, e-mails, favorites, etc. after a virus/malware attack. Wright PC strives to make all experiences pleasant and fast, however, some infections require lengthy repair procedures. We try to never be more than a day backed up, and more time than not, we are able to at least get the machine looked at the day it's brought in!
Wright PC never charges any fee for diagnosis. Typical virus removal can range anywhere between $79-$149 depending on the type of infection and the time frame required for removal. If you bring your pc in-store, we will evaluate the infections and give a quote. If you do not want it repaired, there is no fee!
